Judith Claypoole: Office Manager and Dental Assistant

Judy has been with Design That Smile since 2011. Initially, she helped out when needed with HR and accounting by utilizing her past experiences from working in the banking industry. In September of 2018, she joined her husband full-time as the office manager and even works alongside him in some dental situations.

“Working with the staff and her husband comes with ease. Everyone knows their roles and job responsibilities and are dedicated to the same outcome- happy patients!”

Over the years, Judy has observed how the impact of dental anxiety has effected dental visits for patients. She found a solution for that- her emotional support dog, Rosie Claypoole!

Judy adopted Rosie from Tiny Paws Rescue in 2015 and has recently earned her emotional support certificate. Rosie is now available to help sooth high anxiety patients with her cuteness!

Rita Murrone: Receptionist

Rita has had her fair share as an office manager and receptionist. Her wise knowledge of how to keep a business running smoothly started 35 years ago when she was put in the position to manage her brother’s medical practice.

Unfortunately, Ritas career ended early in 2006 due to her brother’s passing. For the years after retirement, she utilized her time off by traveling to Europe, North and South Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, and more. Her dream would be to go to Italy, but for now, she is happy to be back in the working world.

In her free time, Rita loves to spend time with her kids, grandchildren, and husband. She is a dog lover of both small and large breeds. She has raised two German Shepherds in the past years. Rita has now settled with her current Maltees, Mickey.

Her experience with the staff at Design That Smile has been very pleasant. Patient courtesy and respect are core values within the staff at Design That Smile, which she is proud to be a part of. Above all, she enjoys the relationship she has with each staff member, and of course their emotional support dog, Rosie!
